**Your new company**
A New Zealand success story in the technology space, this organisation continues to grow globally and they have a fantastic opportunity for a driven HR Co-ordinator to support their HR team.

**Your new role**
Working as part of a global team and supporting the Au/NZ business, this is a key role providing operational support across the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Recruitment Business Partner
- Managing the HR inbox and dealing with queries
- Pre employment checks and on-boarding
- Generating reports
- Maintaining the HRIS
- Assisting with projects and other admin support to the team where required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll be a highly motivated administrator with a passion for HR, ideally with experience in a similar role. With energy and bags of initiative, you'll thrive in a role where you can take full ownership of your work.

You'll possess exceptional communication skills and will bring a high level of maturity. You'll have a 'can do' attitude and will be comfortable managing a busy workload with the proven ability to multi task and prioritise your work. Excellent administration skills will be a given and you'll have strong excel and presenting skills.

Experience using Bamboo would be beneficial although proven experience using other HRIS and the ability to pick up systems quickly will be great.
