**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
AUT's School of Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled administrator to join their culturally diverse team in the City campus. Our School offers pre-degree, degree, and postgraduate programmes and has a strong focus on real-world learning. The School possesses a fantastic environment to work in and forms a key part of the Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies.
The Administrator is expected to work both independently and collaboratively as needed to achieve team goals. The role provides support for students and academic staff and is responsible for maintaining accurate academic records. The appointed person will be involved with enrolment, progression, and graduation. The position provides a professional, friendly, and helpful service for students, staff, and members of the public.

- previous experience in Tertiary Administration and Student Services.
- have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- have the ability to learn and follow new processes quickly and accurately, and have an excellent work ethic.
- have good software knowledge and computer skills, and be comfortable learning new systems.
- be flexible, organised, and have good time management skills.

**If you are currently a permanent AUT staff member, this role can be offered as a secondment.**
**Ngā Utu | Salary**:$59,000 - $78,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
