**About the role**

Working as part of the Property Team you’ll be part pf a team of Coordinators responsible for all administrative and systems related processes related to the leasing for over 300 sites across the Foodstuffs North Island portfolio.

With a wide range of activities focusing on administrative coordination and maintenance of SAP, you’ll manage the lease data through the REFX module.

In this role you’ll:

- Run the billing for all FSNI leases, levies, council rates and sundry charges
- Deal with queries from a range of key stakeholders
- Ensure the integrity of the data in SAP is up to date and accurate
- Be responsible for key administrative tasks to help keep our properties operating
- Assist with systems and processes to ensure that our properties are maintained to a high standard

**About you**

In an ideal world you’ll have worked with lease administration, have good capabilities in excel and will have knowledge of SAP, more specifically the REFX module (if not we can help with that). An administrative whizz, you’ll have great time management, will be systems focused and will drive best practice. Technically savvy, your amazing communication skills will allow you to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
