Hospitality Coordinator

We are looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to work 30 hours per week as part of our team.

**About the role**

The Hospitality Coordinator works closely with the Hospitality Manager, to oversee the services of the mínimart, cafe, test kitchen, demo kitchen, hospitality bar and related events spaces at Foodstuffs new home, The Landing.

A details orientated role focusing on the working mechanisms of the daily operations across these spaces, you’ll:

- Manage bookings across all areas
- Stock replenishment and ordering in the mínimart
- Work with stakeholders to develop seasonal demonstration programs to showcase new products, suppliers and Foodies talent in our demo areas
- Assist in cafe and event functions
- Ensure that these exciting ground floor areas are the real heart of our new home at The Landing.

**About you**

Covering all areas will mean you are a 'Jack or Jill of all trades' with broad knowledge and skills to help problem solve and work fast to solution. Having retail, hospitality or event management experience, you’ll have:

- Good operational know how in a hospitality/retail environment
- A natural disposition for outstanding customer service
- The ability to take the lead and manage situations as required
- Base knowledge of SAP and will be technically savvy
- Confidence picking up new processes

With strong communication skills, you’ll be confident dealing with people at all levels and working in small, highly functional teams.
