**Sales Manager - Big Trucks**

Ideally based in Wiri and reporting to the National Sales Manager with a strong dotted line to the General Manager, you will manage and own the sales activities for our big trucks division, developing and growing our market share to achieve positive business outcomes. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in the industry, exceptional business acumen, a customer-centric focus, and the ability to motivate and inspire others towards achieving business outcomes.

**You will be responsible for**
- ensuring full customer care throughout every step of the sales process to handover and beyond
- all sales activities related to our big trucks (up to 52 tonne) division.
- driving growth of the big truck business through effective sales practices
- developing successful business strategies to maximize opportunities in the market.
- managing and maintaining good relationships with key suppliers
- maintaining good working relationships with our Parts and Service Departments to ensure customer requirements are anticipated and handled appropriately.

**To be successful you will need**
- At least 5 years of proven experience in senior sales management B2B environment
- In-depth understanding of material handling/ capital equipment industry and ideally Hyster
- Excellent financial and budgetary management ability
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational, reporting, and communication skills
- A high degree of honesty and integrity always
