Mō te tūranga - About the role
As an Associate in Customer Financial Wellbeing portfolio, you’ll play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, meeting financial wellbeing needs. This includes contributing to the reduction of delinquency loss within the ANZ portfolio. The outcomes are to be achieved through living the ANZ Values and being highly competent bankers.

**Role Location**: 49 Tory Street, Wellington
**Role Type**: 9-month Fixed term and 6-month fixed term (2 available positions)

**In a typical day or week, you will be**:
Supporting customers via inbound and outbound calling to negotiate payment arrangements
Managing assigned worklists to ensure customers progress along the correct strategy
Completing tasks assigned as appropriate
Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong Customer Focus - Strong outcome & Service capability
Sound Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence others and negotiate in order to meet desired outcomes
Ability to work in a faced paced environment
Computer literacy, involving usage of multiple systems
