About the role

The Fuse Senior Social Account Manager is an expert in the art of creating conversations that deliver pioneering work that contributes to Fuse's overall vision and targets.

To create conversations about brands, organisations and issues that deliver an organisational benefit e.g. more sales, shifting opinion, changing behaviour.

We do this by creating content and experiences in real life, on social media or through influential third parties that people want to talk about, share and interact with.

**Experience**:

- 4+ years' experience in an agency or in-house social account management role
- Have successfully led the delivery of social campaigns
- Experience with large clients across a range of categories

**Skills/Knowledge/Attributes**:

- Presentation and storytelling skills
- Planning and organising skills
- People management skills
- Creative thinking
- Attention to detail

**Education**:

- Degree preferable
