**Job Description**:
Based in our retail network, this role plays an integral part of our Facilities and Maintenance Team ensuring all our 250+ stores are compliant, well maintained and the stores are always customer ready.

Reporting to the Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all stores are compliant
- Managing all service requests, prioritising work, liaising with site managers and ensuring they are assigned to contractors
- Ensuring all general repair work and maintenance is carried out to our specifications for all premises
- Ensuring compliance and best practise with health and safety policies and standards
- Completing administrative requirements such as managing work request, raising quotations, orders and cost coding
- Managing contractor performance

**Qualifications**:
This is a chunky and varied role managing The Warehouse Group (TWG) premises and represents a great opportunity for a fulfilling career in Facilities Management. To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced Facilities Technician with a background in property and/or facilities management and maintenance at a similar scale with comprehensive knowledge of HVAC and building management systems.

You will be organised, efficient, have a great eye for detail and enjoy working at pace. Bring your ideas and innovation along with your enthusiasm for this every changing industry. As you will regularly liaise with other field-based technicians, store managers, tenants, contractors and senior team members within the organisation, it is essential that you have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
