This is an excellent opportunity to play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations for our Panels line at our Penrose Distribution Centre, working Monday-Friday 10 am-7 pm. We are searching for an exceptional Warehouse Supervisor to streamline operations, maximize efficiency & elevate our warehouse to new heights. Your primary duties will include:

- Managing a team of warehouse staff (approx. 6), providing leadership, guidance, and coaching.
- Ensuring efficient and accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods.
- Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Utilising warehouse management systems to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensuring all service levels are met.
- Loading & unloading trucks
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiencies.
- Being hands-on and leading by example, this is not a ‘sit behind the desk’ role, you will be on the floor amongst the staff all day, and will include forklift driving

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehousing & logistics environment, ideally similar to our industry.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance and promote an H&S culture amongst your team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Forklift driving including reach. Experience with working on heights will have an additional advantage
- Flexibility in working 10-am-7 pm shift, where you are sometimes needed after hours and to close down the DC
- Basic computer skills with some experience in Microsoft Office
