Expression of Interest - North Island Solar Farm 2026 – Q1

About the Project:

We are proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking renewable energy company to recruit skilled and motivated individuals for their expanding solar farm operations. This is a large scale solar farm in the North Island. We are looking for all roles from General Labourer through to Supervisor Positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and performance checks on solar panels and associated equipment
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and upgrades of solar systems
• Operate and maintain solar equipment at optimal performance
• Installation of Nextracker and Gamechange systems and technology

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, or solar energy sectors
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Safety-conscious with a proactive attitude
• Experience with GPS Piling Systems
• Experience with Nextracker and Gamechange systems
