**THE JOB**

We are seeking a people-focused Production Supervisor to lead our talented team of Home Building Technicians responsible for fabricating our next-generation homes. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for driving a highly efficient operation with a strong team culture focused on standardization and continuous improvement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Manage production planning and execution to ensure that targets are met, and product produced in full, on time and in specification
- Direct team management of three dedicated Team Leaders and a team of technicians and leading hands including recruitment, training, development and performance reviews
- Ensure Health and Safety, compliance and quality control standards are met
- Ongoing continuous improvement and lean manufacturing focus
- Promote a strong team culture and engagement

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive experience in management position(s) ideally within the manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience of dealing with a range of HR issues
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to set expectations and structure for the team
- A proven track record in maintaining Health and Safety and Quality standards
- Strong IT and Admin experience
- Full commitment to continuous improvement
