If so, we are on the lookout for an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team at our Hubbards manufacturing site based in Mangere. This role forms part of the site leadership team and is responsible for leading all production-related activities that deliver to our business requirements while keeping our people safe and producing high-quality goods on time.

As Production Manager, you will set the tone for operational performance across the site by building a high-performing team through engaged and empowered staff.

**To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience**:

- Strong leadership, with proven experience in coaching, empowering and developing teams to deliver successful business results
- Demonstrates initiative, self-motivated, and self-managing
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, particularly for building and maintaining relationships across, and coordinating activities between multiple departments across the business.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Business, Engineering or Technical Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing management experience preferably in FMCG environment
- Experience in lean manufacturing/5S/TQM or similar manufacturing methodologies
- Good knowledge of all business functions
