In the role of Operational Process & Insights Analyst, you'll provide a comprehensive understanding about why our customers engage with Council across all of our different units. You'll support the business and will champion the awareness, understanding and utilisation of customer insights to improve our customer experience, and the underlying processes and dashboards that help us deliver for our Citizens. Working with the key players across the organisation, you'll convert these insights into action and implement ways we can do things better.

We're looking for someone with a passion for analytics and a natural drive to deliver innovative, customer experience excellence. You'll have past experience with deep-diving into processes and extracting the insights from the data using business analysis frameworks. You'll be a people person who can relate to all levels of the business, and will have an ability to translate complex data into language everyone can understand.

Your ideas and innovation will drive the service improvements and be an integral part of developing future opportunities through business intelligence and analytics for the Citizens & Community Group and across the wider Council.
