About the Role

This isn't a desk-only role. As an Operations Excellence Process Specialist, this role is about getting out in the field, working alongside our operational teams, and understanding how things really work. You'll use data and insights to uncover opportunities for improvement, then collaborate with people across the business to turn those insights into practical, lasting change.

You'll lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance and efficiency, working closely with teams across Operations, IT, Maintenance, Health and Safety, and Finance. Your work will involve collecting and analysing operational data, developing KPI dashboards, and helping to shape smarter ways of working that make a tangible difference.

This role combines hands-on operational engagement with data-driven decision-making. You'll be part of a fun, high-performing, and tight-knit team where curiosity, collaboration, and a good sense of humour are all part of how we work.

The ideal candidate may also have-

  • Experience working in operational environments where you've influenced improvements through collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into action.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive change across teams
  • Experience developing and documenting best practices, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Experience with data visualisation or business intelligence tools e.g., Power BI, Power Query, Excel.
  • A tertiary qualification in systems, business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
