**About the role**
As a Finance Administrator at MEGA, you will work part-time from our central Auckland Headquarters, providing administrative support to the wider Finance team. This is a part-time position within an established, inclusive team at a rapidly growing disruptor in the Cloud Services sector.
Reporting to the Corporate Accountant, your core responsibilities will include:
- Project support; i.e. raising purchase orders, clearing aged invoices, and resolving variances to vendor invoices
- Tracking and reconciling financial ledgers and bank statements
- General administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, scanning, and providing ad-hoc support to your peers

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A high level of competence in MS Office suite, especially Excel
- System-savvy, and the ability to learn new software systems and processes
