This full-time position is a hybrid with the flexibility to work from home as well as in the office in Rosedale. You will be required to work in the office at least twice a week. The salary range is $60.000-$70.000.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
As a **Finance Administrator**, you will be crucial for the success of the Finance Accounts function. You will provide generalist support to Global Accounts Payable, ANZ Accounts Receivable and ANZ Sales Admin teams, while gaining a wide range of exposure to other departments.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

- Produce and reconcile monthly invoices for key customers across APAC, using SAP, excel and internal Software platforms.
- Manage and produce monthly reporting for Dealers.
- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Reconcile invoices with statements and SAP / ReadSoft, correcting errors in system.
- Manage and take ownership of general accounts tasks, business efficiency and troubleshooting projects, including conducting investigations when required.

To be successful in this role, YOU will also be equipped with:

- NZ Register Level 2 or 3 qualification
- 3+ years of working experience with accounts and Financial projects in a Finance department
- Proficiency in using Excel to run manually complex dashboards and lookups
- Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable, and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior experience using SAP and ReadSoft is an advantage.
- Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and building successful working relationships.
- Displays a sound business judgment and decision-making capability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
