**General Administration and Finance Assistant**

**About the role**:
Reporting into the Finance and Operations Manager, you will be our go-to person for anything related to admin and finance support, such as AR, AP, loading invoices and running reports and preparing documents. A typical day might also see you also involved in other tasks such as recruitment onboarding, events, facilities and office supplies. You might also be lending a hand to keep our internal socials extra interesting. Variety is the spice of life they say, and this role has it all

We are open to flexible work solutions and will consider both part time and full-time opportunities for the right person.

**About you**:
Naturally, you love working with people, keeping their lives a little more organised, and you get excited about administration and enjoy finance matters.

Despite your friendly and approachable demeanour, you are assertive and outgoing, willing to be adaptable, able to speak up and take accountability. We need you to make sure we do the bits we have to, so you can do the things we need you to.

Ideally you have a couple of solid years of administration and finance experience. You're comfortable with technology, although you don't necessarily need to have worked in a tech environment. just an appreciation and keenest to learn more about it
