Finance Administrator

**Requirements**:
- To Assist the accountant with set up of customers i.e. new customer, change and deleting customers
- Ensure operational compliance to applicable HSEQ standards
- To respond to customer queries and issues relating to accounts, invoices, payments and to follow up where necessary to ensure all issues or queries are resolved.
- Ensure all weekly and monthly reporting completed for internal and external Key clients within the agreed timeframe.
- Liaise with Regional and National resources to ensure best operational practice is utilised Liaise with finance team to ensure best practice is utilised
- To Assist Management accountants with P/L queries and any other tasks requested by them.
- To raise sales orders and credit notes as per process
- Review Purchase requisition & update to ensure all the information up to date and make sure Authority Matrix has been followed.
- Review sales orders/purchase orders monthly to ensure there are no outstanding issues. Liaise with AR/AP and others.
- To raise PO in a timely manner and post once goods or services have receipted.
- Preparing cessation forms and maintaining records of terminated employees.
- Prepare reports on Customer/Quality audits. Ensure all audits and quality systems are completed in line with quality systems. Assisting with monthly national account reporting.
- To undertake any other tasks as may be reasonable required to assist the company in achieving its business objectives.
