**_ Te mahi/The role_**

Working with Senior Leaders and a dedicated team, you’ll be the driving force behind the University’s digital transformation. You’ll develop and execute the University’s digital strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the University’s overall vision and provides a cohesive experience for all users. You’ll develop external relationships and industry partnerships to leverage new technologies and enhance our teaching, learning and research practices. An experienced change agent, you’ll lead efforts to improve our online processes through the adoption of modern digital practices.

- Proven expertise in driving business, culture and technology change within a complex IT business ecosystem.
- A track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing agile teams focused on achieving exceptional business outcomes.
- An innovative technologist with experience in successfully executing bold ideas and new ways of thinking.
- Mastery in navigating transformation and investment opportunities and proposals through governance frameworks.
- Exceptional business acumen, demonstrating a deep understanding of commercial strategies and market dynamics.
- Outstanding oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders and exert influential impact.
- Deep understanding of disruptive technologies: social media, mobile, cloud, IoT, analytics, etc.
