**The Role;**
- Collaborate with Executive and senior leaders to uncover insights, creating revenue growth via innovative marketing and branding strategies
- Lead all aspects of EP’s marketing initiatives, including; digital marketing, product marketing, brand strategy and marketing operations
- Establish a data-driven approach to measure the impact and efficacy of our marketing channels.
- Work with internal and external PR and content teams to create a coordinated message
- Support communication with internal marketing, sales, product, the Executive, the Board and external stakeholders to ensure EP is aligned in marketing efforts and vision.

What are we looking for;
- Demonstrated experience moving into new markets, specifically APAC & NA
- SaaS-based product marketing experience, it is likely you’ll have spent time with the product marketing function
- Experienced with strategic marketing and hands-on technical expertise
- Experience leading agile and engaging marketing campaigns
- Influential people leader with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Commercial mindset - customer-driven understanding of growth potential
- Somebody passionate and purpose-driven who isn’t afraid to live by our values
