Our Partnerships team play an important role in leading industry partnerships to amply impact.
This role will partner with New Zealand tourism operators, associations and regional tourism organisations to develop product that matches international and New Zealand consumer demand.
The role manages a wide range of partners to ensure there is a consistent strategic approach and Tourism New Zealand teams can leverage these partnerships. Ultimately this ensures that Tourism New Zealand's campaign activity is closely linked to available tourism products.
The role is a key voice of the commercial tourism operators, associations and regional tourism organisations and back to Tourism New Zealand and lead the submission and review process and reporting for regional tourism organisation and tourism operators that are featured in Tourism NZ marketing activity.

- Strong commercial acumen; understands how to create value for partners while achieving sales targets.
- Able to think creatively, an innovative thinker and problem-solver
- Product management or development, ideally in the travel industry
- Marketing and digital capabilities
- Good general knowledge of New Zealand as a destination

The ability to travel will be essential as you will be travelling regularly to some of New Zealand's most unique and spellbinding spots.
