We’re now looking for a Services Trading & Relationship Lead to take our offering to the next level - driving performance, innovation, and value for both customers and the business.

As a member of our Services team, you’ll be at the forefront of commercial performance and strategic growth across our services portfolio. Your focus will be on maximising sales and margins, delivering great customer experiences, and managing key external partnerships.

**Quick snapshot of the role**:

- Drive sales performance and margin improvement across all services products
- Own and manage relationships with finance providers, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and aligned customer experiences
- Analyse performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities, shape trading plans, and deliver product innovations
- Collaborate with retail, marketing, digital, and finance teams to create compelling customer offers
- Lead the development and trading strategy for our gift card offering, including identifying new opportunities and negotiating contracts
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to keep our services competitive and relevant

**Qualifications**
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring experience from a similar environment - ideally with a retail background and proven product management expertise. You’ll have a sharp customer focus, a deep understanding of the market, and an eye on what our competitors are doing.
