Reporting to the Trade Manager you will be part of the team providing support and assistance to our Trade Account Managers, Yard Team and Customers. This role is an integral part of the Trade Sales Team, and the Yard Team. We want you to help us maximize the efficient operation of our Trade business.

**About the role**:

- Ensuring customers are the number one priority, receiving the highest standard of service they deserve.
- Promoting a team culture that encourages a positive and safe working environment.
- Processing customer orders accurately and promptly and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and completing sales documentation accurately.
- Helping with the dispatch process of customer orders.
- Diligently tracking purchase orders to ensure comprehensive follow-up and fulfilment.

**About you**:
We are looking for people who have:

- Mandarin Speaking.
- Timber and Building Supplies Product Knowledge or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide direction and leadership.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutions.
- A passion for customer service excellence.
- General computer skills.
- Ability to manage a varied and busy workload.
- Able to build a rapport with customers.
- Prior exposure to customer service or sales related roles is helpful.
