**Your Impact**

As our Maintenance Team Leader based in Auckland, you'll report directly to our Maintenance Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and oversee the maintenance function at our site, drawing upon your robust leadership skills and technical expertise. Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team will be at the heart of your role, ensuring that our machine performance and line efficiencies are optimized through the implementation of best-in-class preventative/predictive maintenance practices.

In addition to fostering a culture of excellence within your team, you'll also maintain a comprehensive understanding of our machinery, equipment, and technology. Your keen eye for improvement will drive continuous enhancements in our plant processes, ultimately contributing to the overall enhancement of product quality.
- The role comes with rotating shifts: alternating between 6 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm, Monday through Friday._

**About You**

Ready for the challenge? Here's what you'll need:

- a solid background in maintenance management, preferably in FMCG beverages
- Well-versed in best-in-class maintenance practices and hold a trade qualification
- Experience with computerised maintenance management systems, especially Maximo, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business are essential.
