Maintenance Supervisor

Are you a leader with a knack for guiding skilled teams? We're seeking a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and inspire our maintenance crew. **About You** You'll be someone mechanically and electrically minded, with a high level of general maintenance experience. You have sound knowledge of operations including scheduling maintenance checks, staff management, rostering, DONESAFE reporting, quality assurance inspections and managing performance issues whilst maintaining accurate records. You'll be a good communicator as you'll be dealing with all internal departments at SkyCity as their need comes up, as well as liaising with external contractors and vendors. Proven experience in a team leader role and display strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills. **The role** Lead the SKYCITY Facilities Officer team in support of SKYCITY's vision to be the centre of world-class entertainment. Contribute to the delivery of a professional quality maintenance service to ensure that the building infrastructure and surrounding areas meet the expectations of the business. Generally, Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm with occasional after hours and weekend work when needed. Able to receive calls and provide advice to team after hours/ - Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians. - Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures. - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. - Provide mentorship and training to team members. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor and report on maintenance performance and KPIs. **A bit about SkyCity** SkyCity is truly Auckland's leading entertainment destination.
