**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader, you will work in a team of well-rounded Engineers who work closely with Team Leaders and Quality Assurance to ensure equipment and processes are running smoothly. We are looking for a talented individual who has a strong focus on reliability, maintenance, and fault diagnostics. We truly can say that no day is the same in our plant, you will be working on:

- Set up of high-speed food processing machines in a 24/7 factory operation
- Machine adjustments to increase machine performance and efficiency
- Waste and continuous improvement initiatives
- Routine maintenance on parts and machinery across the factory
- Assist with Capex projects, delivering projects on time and in full
- Attend and resolve breakdowns with limited disruption to the production plan.

We’re after someone who has:

- Engineering experience in FMCG or manufacturing
- Trade qualified or appropriate experience in mechanical engineering
- A solid understanding of Health & Food Safety requirements - especially guarding and automation
- Machine and plant maintenance experience is essential
- Great communication skills - both written & verbal.

This role is full time on a five-week rotation. However, flexibility will be required from time to time.
