**Team Leader and Senior Administrator**

**What's the job?**

Our Auckland Water Team are looking for an Administration Team Leader to take our Administration team to the next level. This role will be responsible for the effective, efficient finance and administration service to meet the needs and objectives of the wider Citycare Water team. The main objective for this role is the oversight of the Administration team, providing support to facilitate the day-to-day activities.

Reporting to the Manager and as a leader, you will responsible for:

- Managing the revenue processes from work in progress, invoicing and monthly claims to debtors
- Management of all internal and external job costs from timesheets and purchase orders to stock and supplier invoices
- Managing the team to meet targets while identifying efficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance to Citycare's policies and procedures including demonstrating and championing Health and Safety.

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy particularly with MS Office Suite
- Desirable to have previous people management experience,
- Proven accounts experience, preferably working in a contracting related industry
- High degree of accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients & internal customers.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a specialist in your field with proven experience in a similar role. You will need to be highly motivated with the ability to lead, manage and influence others. This role will at times be complex and challenging so you will need to have the ability to think outside the square and drive continuous improvement.
