**About the Role**
- The role is based at our Technology Centre site in Auckland
- The role is permanent Full-Time position
- The working hours is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Working in a fast-paced environment, the role of Digital Services Operator focuses mainly on receiving, sorting and distributing mails and documents as quickly and as efficiently as possible in accordance with set service standards. Your brief will extend in the logistics side of the operation, where along with distribution you will manage stock and inventory.

**Main Duties**
- Mail receiving, sorting and distribution
- Document Preparation for Digitisation
- Customer communication
- Stock management
- General administrative duties including data entry, prepping, and scanning
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and Client Health & Safety Standards

**Key Requirements**
- To be available from Monday to Friday (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)
- A clean full Class 1 Drivers License (Required to drive company vehicle for client sites)
- Excellent customer service

- To be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
- To be able to manage time and multi-task
- Able to adopt and work unsupervised
