We believe technology should empower people, not frustrate them. We're a dynamic team supporting businesses with fast, reliable, and friendly IT solutions. As we grow, we're looking for a motivated Level 1 IT Support Technician to help us deliver exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary.
- Set up, configure, and maintain user accounts, computers, and mobile devices.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
- Document issues, solutions, and processes clearly in the helpdesk system.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Educate users with basic training and advice on technology use and security.
- Pickup and drop off repairs and replacement hardware.
- Onsite setup of laptops / PCs and other hardware with guidance from our support team.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of IT support experience (or equivalent coursework/internship).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and general networking.
- Familiarity with MS Intune / Autopilot / Fortigate / Altera RMM is a bonus.
- Familiarity with ticketing system Halo PSA is a plus.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues independently.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals) are advantageous.
