**About the Role**

The Digital Services Capture Operator Level 2 carries out tasks within the Digital Services team, assisting with the Data Capture form assessment system within the process of converting customer into a digital format, in accordance with client requirements, company guidelines and policy.

**Main Duties**
- Ensure accuracy targets are adhered too.
- Ensure minimum keying speeds are maintained.
- Ensure tasks, jobs required by Job Manager are completed on time and instructions followed accurately.
- Assist in document receipting, preparation, scanning, and keying when required
- Understand job instructions on a job-by-job basis
- Ensure the correct production processes are adhered to at all times
- Maintain efficient professional interaction with clients where required
- Assist with administrative functions where required
- Maintain a good working knowledge of client expectations as written in Work Instructions
- Understanding of capture work queues
- Understanding of Canon systems
- Understand front end process in MAP
- Delivery of all assigned tasks as required
- Assist with administrative functions where required
- Ensure timesheets and task sheets are completed correctly and on time

**Key Requirements**
- NCEA Level 1
- Experience within an operational environment
- Customer service experience
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Sound knowledge of New Zealand geography and region names.
- Full keyboard skills to required level - alpha 80%, numeric 20%.
- A minimum keystroke speed of 8,000 key depressions per hour with an error rate of less than 1%.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Communication: Good command of English language (spoken and written)
- Adaptable to change
- Customer focus: Dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements internally and externally.
- Team player: works well as a part of a team, relates well with peers, builds constructive and effective relationships.
- Competent with range of technology and learning new systems
- Technical: Familiar with Microsoft Office packages, computer literacy, data entry
