Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly ambitious and motivated team player to progress their career in an equally challenging yet exciting role, as a Business Partner in Wellington. We spoke with our Senior Partner, who let us know the following about the role: What does a day in the life of a Business Partner look like?- New and existing client meetings in the office or off-site in their business.- Proactively developing relationships with new and existing clients.- Growing relationships with local professionals and referral networks.- Undertaking Business Development activities in your local market and attending relevant events.- Working through funding requirements to help our customers grow.- Collaborating with a great team to support our customers goals. What attributes will this person have in order to be successful? We are looking for someone with a great attitude and desire to contribute to a high performing team Ideally you will have existing strong business acumen and business development skills. You may already have an established professional network, or a proven ability to grow a network, in order to acquire new business. You will also have excellent attention to detail and an overwhelming desire to serve our customers brilliantly. What is the team culture and environment like?
