CARTERS is one of New Zealand's leading building industry partners in a unique position of growth. With business booming, CARTERS Cambridge is seeking a motivated team player to join their busy Customer Services Team based in their timber Yard.

This pivotal role is important to help keep up the pace and our commitment to delivering exceptional customer services to our local Trade customers. As a CSR Yard person, your role is all about contributing towards achieving branch sales targets and maintaining customer loyalty through the provision of quality customer service.
While enjoying variety, the potential to learn and progress, in a supportive team culture your main duties will include:

- Providing a timely service to customers
- Identifying products quickly and efficiently
- Unloading product deliveries on site
- Assembling and loading customer orders
- Processing sales documentation
- Maintaining store / yard stock levels & product displays

The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set:

- Your initiative as well as your willingness to lend a hand and 'muck in'
- A natural desire to build rapport with our Trade Customers
- An approachable and helpful attitude
- Knowledge of computer systems & basic operating skills
- Being physically fit for occasional heavy lifting
- Must have a full NZ Driver Licence
- Forklift and Class 2 license endorsements are desirable
