Our Cambridge Branch has an opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a CSR you will bring enthusiasm and desire to learn to the table every day on a team dedicated to world class customer service and solutions. You are passionate and committed to our current and future success in the ever-changing world of work. This career opportunity offers training and growth for career advancement along with exposure and opportunities in the sales profession.

**What does the role look like?**

Working alongside our experienced sales consultants you will:

- Keeping customers current on new products and services
- Increasing parts and service sales
- Implement yearly territory plan.
- Work cooperatively with management to meet budget goals and expand customer base.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What are we looking for?**
- 5+ years' sales experience in the heavy equipment industry
- Ability to travel with the territory and work flexible hours.
- A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract are required.
