Generation Windows & Doors North Ltd is the central North Island's leading provider of aluminium joinery.

As a company sales representative in the wider Waikato region, you'll be the face of our company. Your role will require you to visit customers on a regular basis and drive growth within the region.

This is a permanent full-time (base salary + unlimited commission) role reporting to the sales manager. You'll be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities and generating leads. You'll ensure sales targets are met, working in partnership with your customers to grow the business. Your competitive edge and drive, teamed with a passion for building strong relationships, will ensure success in this role.

We're looking for someone who can communicate professionally, is passionate about building relationships and wants to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your sales and customer service skills, along with the right attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment will be the key to success. You'll be computer literate and be willing to learn new systems quickly.

Finally, you'll have the ability to work autonomously but will also be committed to supporting your wider team, going above and beyond to contribute effectively to the team's success.

Skills and experience

· Previous working experience in a Business Development Manager role achieving/exceeding sales targets

· Proven experience in client facing roles in Sales

· Industry knowledge

· Current valid driver's license.
