The Roads and Streets team in our Auckland office is seeking a proactive and driven Engineer to join us in delivering innovative and impactful designs for a range of exciting projects. **The Opportunity**
- Design and consult on civil, roads, and stormwater drainage projects, contributing to concept and detailed designs.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet client needs.
- Own and deliver projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead the design of road elements including signage, linemarking, and safety barriers.
- Contribute to Arup’s digital transformation by implementing modern engineering tools and processes.

**Is this role right for you?**
- A recognised degree in Civil Engineering and membership in relevant professional bodies.
- 3-5 years experience in roads and drainage engineering, particularly in a consulting environment.
- Expertise in stormwater management, drainage design (including 12D), and utilities coordination.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivation to teach, mentor, and foster a positive team culture under pressure.
