We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a **Digital Performance Specialist - Store.**

As part of our Customer Digital Experience team, you will be responsible for the performance of all digital customer experiences in our store environments.

You’ll be tasked with optimisation and continual improvement of all digital experiences for our retail and trade customers in store. This includes the customer facing digital experiences from in-store screens through to instore experiences via a customers device.

**Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer Experience, your key functions will include**:

- Foster relationships with store owners and operators to optimise the value of the digital experiences in-store.
- Responsible for regular reporting on performance and customer experience metrics for all in-store digital experience products i.e. DesignHub.
- Work alongside the wider digital experience team to create and optimise web experiences that create new in-store digital experiences e.g Wayfinding.
- Collaborate with the digital experience product team to inform the backlog of development items.
- Work alongside the marketing team to ensure instore digital experiences are aligned with all brand guidelines.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- 3 years+ experience in digital or eCommerce.
- Strong understanding of technology enabled experiences and a curiosity for emerging technology.
- In-depth understanding of customer segmentation and profiling to support data driven experiences.
- Customer focused, commercially astute and technology enabled.
- Digitally well-rounded with a passion for digital experiences.
