**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**TASKS**

**Strategic**
- Prioritising work based on sales opportunities and profit
- Continuously improve websites and landing pages we have in place, build new websites and landing pages when required and proactively develop new channels to provide quality lead and sales generation
- Focus on ROAS and profitability across all aspects of ecommerce and lead generation.
- Provide platforms to educate the consumer, optimise the customer journey to increase revenue and profit
- Proactively plan, coordinate, and optimize digital campaigns to drive sales & build life-time customer value through the D2C channel
- A/B testing across digital channels to continuously drive growth in sales
- Accurately monitoring sites giving real-time feedback

**Analysis & Reporting**
- Owns, and maintains ecommerce and lead generation performance analytics, metrics, and testing reporting
- Analyses key metrics; ensures they are accurate and used to grow sales.
- Utilises reporting functions across multiple platforms ensuring to maximise sales opportunities
- Creates clear, concise reports, and analysis of all sales results
- Reviews and interprets sales results in real time, and initiates changes to optimise sales as and when required.
- Generates and tracks testing pipeline, communicates learnings of wins and losses to ensure best practice across the team

**Organic Content Optimisation / SEO**
- Based on strategy, work with external experts and tools to narrow keyword targeting
- With a strong understanding of performance, optimize existing website content to improve search results and rankings,
- Monitor and report trends/opportunities in keyword search topics, to support blog/other website content, social media ideation and production,
- Regularly review and improve SEO targeting and ensure new website content is created to meet SEO requirements.

**Content Production**
- Generates & tests new and creative growth ideas.
- Clearly articulates requirements to internal team and external agencies to ensure efficiencies.
- Research competitor(s) advertising, including how similar products are sold.

**Website**
- Undertake quarterly optimisation reviews of the websites to ensure optimisation opportunities are identified and delivered to create a great user experience which performs to meet objectives.
- Ensure the sites remains well optimised for SEO and technical optimisation opportunities are delivered.
- Ensure, overall, the websites deliver an outstanding brand experience which is in-line with our product experience.

**Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**
- Works with SEO Specialist(s), and manages the SEO of the Brand Developers’ websites:

- Utilises platforms to actively research and track SEO
- Applies learnings to continually update SEO content

**Experience**
- 3+ years proven track record of success in B2C digital-focussed marketing roles, covering multi-channel marketing, operational planning and tactical execution.
- 1+ years of in-depth, hands on experience using E-commerce platforms such as Shopify/magneto/WooCommerce or WordPress
- Experience delivering results in SEO, Paid Search, Display, eDM and social media campaign management to drive traffic and improve conversions.
- Experience building ecommerce stores would be a plus.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications (or similar) in marketing and/or digital marketing.

**Skills and knowledge**
- Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement results-driven digital strategies.
- Knowledge of design and emerging digital trends.
- Basic understanding of digital performance analysis, tracking and optimisation tools.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritise workload and multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Tools and Platforms**
- Strong knowledge of:

- o Facebook (Meta), Instagram, Facebook Business Manager, Linkedin, Pinterest- o Content Management Systems eg: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Wordpress, Webflow or Sitecore**Personal attributes**
- Self-motivated with an enthusiasm to explore, learn and take action.
- Ability to improve results through A/B testing Copy, creatives, and platforms etc
- Strong personal use of the internet, social platforms and online tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Highly collaborative and effective at building trusted relationships.
- Ability to clearly communicate and present findings /recommendations.
- Ability to prioritize, plan and execute programs/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to think “outside the box”, interpret trends from data and develop new strategies to maximise performance
