Are you a data-driven and SEO professional with a passion for optimizing digital experiences? We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Performance Lead to join our team

In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our customers' journeys across our digital assets. You will create and execute optimization strategies, continually improve the performance of our digital channels, and provide actionable insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, MOZ, Google Search Console, Siteimprove, Clarity and Optimizely. Some of your key responsibilities will be:

- Setting up performance tracking to identify areas for improvement and provide insights for better decision-making by product/experience owners, UX/UI designers, and content creators
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand specific objectives and track the success of implemented improvements
- Using digital channel insights and SEO knowledge to optimise search engine rankings
- Creating and distributing regular management reports and dashboards of channel performance
- Running experiments to test hypotheses and identify optimum solutions to improve the customer experience

We are looking for someone who is innovative, customer oriented, collaborative and has a passion for helping grow a high-performing team. You will be:

- Agile methodology qualifications such as Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Product Owner, or SAFe Agilist
- 3+ years in a senior role responsible for leading a digital insights and SEO capability
- Expert knowledge of digital channel analytics tools, principles, and techniques
- Proven ability to produce insightful reporting which can influence and inform decision-making
- Significant experience building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and successfully managing conflicting priorities
- Highly analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to understand customer behavior, interactions, and motivations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
