We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a **Digital Content Specialist.**

As part of our Customer Digital Experience team, you will be responsible for the optimisation of content for all digital customer experience products.

You’ll be tasked with creating and managing the placement of content across all digital experiences for our retail and trade customers. This includes the retail website, trade website & digital experience products in-store.

**Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, your key functions will include**:

- Create and maintain general website (and additional channel) content in line with best practice including design style guides and search engine optimisation rules.
- Liaison with advertising agencies and other marketing partners to co-ordinate production of other electronic material as required.
- Load promotions and catalogue imagery on to the website in accordance with the promotional schedule.
- Work alongside the wider digital experience team to create and optimise web experiences that create new in-store digital experiences e.g Wayfinding.
- Collaborate with the digital experience product team to inform the backlog of development items.
- Work alongside the marketing team to ensure all digital experience content is aligned with all brand guidelines.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A marketing or digital qualification preferred.
- 3 years+ experience in digital or eCommerce
- Enterprise level CMS and graphic design experience.
- Familiarity with UX design principles to ensure content is accessible and easy to navigate.
- Strong understanding of technology enabled experiences and a curiosity for emerging technology.
- Customer focused, commercially astute and technology enabled.
