Are you a leader with proven expertise in transportation infrastructure? AECOM is looking for an Associate Director - Transport based in our Wellington office to help drive some of New Zealand’s most transformative infrastructure projects. Join our high-performing team and play a pivotal role in delivering sustainable, future-ready transport solutions across the country.
**How you’ll make a difference**
- Lead and manage engineering and design teams
- Oversee resourcing for specialist inputs and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor scope, budget, and timelines
- Provides technical leadership on projects and is a fully capable professional in their field.
- Business Development including meeting with clients, preparing and_ _leading bids.
**Qualifications** The qualities that help you thrive**
- Proven minimum 15 years’ experience in Transportation Infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience in leading project teams, managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, and the ability to develop a strong client base
- Experience bringing together a cohesive team on complex projects
- Appropriate tertiary qualification and CPEng Preferable
