**The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua**

As PSE ( HRIS) data coordinator, this is an opportunity to gain some knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and payroll procedures. Become a central member of our HRIS sub team within payroll the role will be dynamic, challenging and rewarding. Our team offers a dynamic, collaborative, and vibrant atmosphere.

**This is a 12-month fixed-term role.**

**About You - Te Rongoāto**

You will have an intelligent approach to your work and be known for your eye for detail. Confident and proactive, you can build relationships at all levels of the organisation. You will be technologically savvy with an intermediate level of Microsoft Office Excel skills. No specific HR or Payroll knowledge is necessary, although this would be an advantage.

Most of all, you will need to be the right fit for the team and its values - bright, unflappable, great sense of humour and with a genuine desire to help out. We value our staff and their careers so you can expect development and mentoring, plus a great social club
- Coordinate with the People and Culture and IT teams to collect information as required for new employee set up
- Load information into the Payroll / HR system
- Communicate positively and effectively ensuring that team members, Managers and clients are consistently well informed about progress and timelines
- Build trust, relationships and networks internally
- Participate professionally and enthusiastically within the Finance team and provide support on projects as directed
- Understands the broader team and manages expectations accordingly
- High levels of energy and determination even during times of setbacks
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet multiple, changing and challenging deadlines
- Understanding the agile work process is an advantage
- The ability to adapt to change in a professional manner - with a great sense of humour
