**Position**: Sales and Account Manager (Commission-Based)
**About Us**: We are a leading Teacher Recruitment Agency committed to providing high-quality recruitment services for ECE centres. We are expanding our operations in Wellington and are looking for a motivated Sales and Account Manager to help us grow our business.
We would also be keen to hear from you if you have worked with primary schools or have any experience in the area.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand our presence in the Wellington region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with early childhood education centres, schools and potential clients.
- Promote our recruitment permanent and temporary (relief) services and highlight the benefits to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Pitch our mobile app as a potential in-house solution for their relieving needs.
**Requirements**:
- Valid work visa to work in New Zealand.
- Own a reliable car for travel within the Wellington region.
- Possess a laptop for work-related tasks.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the recruitment or education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
