**Parker Bridge is looking for an exceptional Business Support team member for a permanent position in Wellington.**
- Are you wanting to join a small government organization, supporting the team and managers with all administrative duties? We are looking for a proactive, high performing PA or Team Admin to step into this role with a can-do attitude.

**What you will be doing**
- Preparing and setting up for meetings, booking travel, minute taking and formatting documents
- Arrange new staff inductions
- Process invoicing
- Organize and manage calendars of the managers where needed
- Support with logístical arrangements for functions, events, and webinars such as venues, catering and general facilities when needed

**A bit about you**
- Experience in a business support role with senior administration and coordination experience (public sector preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite as you will need to assist the team with any problems
- Be proactive, a great communicator and a team player
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and re prioritise when needed
- Strong writing, proofreading, and formatting skills
- Confidentially complete any reconciliation tasks
- Able to work in a small team and autonomously
