**As a **Talent Acquisition Consultant **at ACC, you’ll be joining an extraordinary team who find, develop, grow and enable the more than 4,000 hugely talented people who deliver ACC’s mahi across New Zealand. We have recently promoted two of our team internally and are looking for two new Talent Acquisition Consultants to join our team and support hiring of our customer facing employees right across New Zealand.

**What can I expect?**

As part of a busy and highly committed team, you will thrive in a fast-paced role full of variety where you are encouraged to use your initiative, improve processes and provide outstanding support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle to our leaders and the future employees of ACC.

**What would I need to be successful in this role?**

Previous experience in HR or recruitment is beneficial but not essential; these roles are a great place to build a recruitment career In the past our recruiters for these portfolios have tended to be HR graduates with administration experience or have had experience in a recruitment coordinator or an HR administration role. More importantly, to succeed in this role we know you will need:

- A great attitude and a curious, customer centric mindset
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to coach and support business leaders to hire with confidence at pace
- A strong commitment to the promotion of diversity and inclusion
- Great problem-solving skills - this is a busy and varied role and part of the fun is not knowing what new challenges might come your way each day
