We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as **Promotions Process Specialist.**

As the Promotions Process Specialist, you will be working cross functionally in a key role to help ensure Mitre 10’s promotions continue to run smoothly and excite our customers. You’ll also be the guru of our newly implemented promotional systems and our cross functional promotional communication.

**Reporting to the Promotions & Pricing Manager your key functions will include**:

- Work with the wider category team to ensure integrity of our promotional system by reviewing inputs and forecasts to ensure they align to plans.
- Own and drive the best outcomes in key promotional events such as Black Friday by developing tools and having a customer first mindset to keep teams on track.
- Support and participate in promotional selections process, working to review deal commercials with a business wide lens.
- Maintain and manage promotional change requests.
- Leverage the system to help increase visibility of deals and ease planning complexity on teams.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in a similar role within either a retail or similar fast paced environment.
- SAP experience advantageous
- Knowledge of retail systems, processes, reporting & best practice
