As our **Marketing and Promotions Compliance Assistant**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our marketing campaigns are not only creative and engaging, but also ethical, compliant, and aligned with our brand values.

**Part-Time Fixed-Term Opportunity (3 Months)**
We’re offering a flexible, part-time role (12-15 hours per week) over a 3-month fixed-term period leading up to Christmas. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys a meaningful challenge. Hours can be tailored to fit your schedule, and full on-the-job training will be provided.

**Team**: Legal & Compliance

**Reporting to**: Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Compliance Specialist

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Partnering with marketing and legal teams to review promotional content across digital, in-store, TV, radio, and social media.
- Ensuring materials meet the standards of the **Fair Trading Act**, **ASA Codes**, and Mitre 10’s internal guidelines.
- Supporting compliance across other areas like product packaging.
- Helping build awareness and best practices around marketing compliance.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A sharp eye for detail and strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound judgement and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience or interest in law/regulatory compliance (preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
