Your role will be to showcase our offering to our clients who require a reeducation of our service. Your ability to nurture clients through the process and reengage them will be critical to your success. It is expected that you will spend 80% of your time working to retrain and retain, with the remainder to nurture clients through to renewal. You will have exceptional communications skill and influencing language skills. We are not looking for a hunter or someone with hard core sales skills - this role requires a softer touch and one where your ability to build relationships and rapport both internally and externally is critical to your success. You will have experience in a similar role, where you have worked to retention and engagement metrics. You will have your diary booked by our bookings team meaning more time to speak with customers about their pain points. Ideally, you have have experience in small business or human resources however this is not essential. You will be driven to learn a new industry where your relationship management skills are transferable.
