**Role Overview**: We are seeking two organized and dynamic **Business Development and Client Relationship Administrators** to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and coordination of traffic management projects. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with all safety regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the administration of company projects related to traffic management services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Review, negotiate, and manage variations to contracts, programs, and services, ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with all the stakeholders, including the internal team to ensure all project goals and timelines are met for the successful delivery of traffic management services across various road levels (Level 1, 2, and 3).
- Collect and analyze data on project outcomes, preparing detailed reports for internal review and client presentations, and providing insights to improve future projects.
- Monitor contractor performance, ensuring adherence to agreements and managing variations in work orders, while maintaining safety and quality standards throughout all projects.
- Manage office accommodation and operational requirements, including handling relocations or expansions, ensuring seamless coordination between office management and project teams.
- Provide administrative and project support to senior management by advising on contract issues and implementing business strategies based on internal decisions.
- Prepare submissions and reports that inform senior management's decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the company’s marketing efforts by developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media platforms, creating content, and tracking engagement.
- Support marketing campaigns, including planning promotional activities and analyzing market trends to adjust strategies.
- Ensure all contracts, projects, and programs incorporate sustainable practices, contributing to Navigo’s commitment to long-term sustainability and safe traffic management.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- at least a Diploma, OR,
- at least three years of relevant work experience
- Good understanding of the business value of sustainability
- Strong client relationship management (build and maintain strong client relationships by seeking to understand their needs)
- Demonstrated ability and affinity for supporting and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate a creative approach and ability to drive improvement and change for sustainability
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people at all levels
- Comfortable working within a SME environment spread over different locations
- Strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
- Strong analytical skills and reasoning abilities
- Fluent in English written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
