Are you a geospatial expert ready to lead innovation and technical excellence? Join our **Data Solutions Practice** as a **Geospatial Technical Lead** and play a key role in shaping the future of geospatial platforms, products, and integrations.

As a **Geospatial Technical Lead**, you will provide technical leadership, solution design, and strategic guidance for geospatial platforms and products. You will work with **Esri (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online)** and **Safe Software (FME)** to design, integrate, and enhance geospatial systems that support business needs.

In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with **Product Owners**, **System Architects**, and **Agile teams** to deliver scalable, innovative, and secure geospatial solutions. You will champion best practices, mentor team members, and ensure excellence in platform and product management across cloud and hybrid environments.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and enhance geospatial products using **ArcGIS Enterprise**, **ArcGIS Online (AGOL)**, and **FME**.
- Lead the technical integration of geospatial solutions across platforms and business units.
- Implement and advocate for cloud-based geospatial architectures and CI/CD best practices.
- Collaborate with **Agile teams**, **Product Owners**, and stakeholders to align geospatial solutions with organizational goals.
- Drive research and development in emerging geospatial technologies, fostering innovation.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of geospatial platforms.
- Provide technical mentorship and promote knowledge-sharing across the team.

What you'll bring:

- Advanced expertise in **Esri (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online)** and **Safe Software (FME Form, and FME Flow)**.
- Experience deploying and managing geospatial solutions in **cloud** and **hybrid environments** (e.g., **Azure** or **AWS**).
- Leadership experience (3+ years), with the ability to guide and inspire technical teams in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of **CI/CD**, **ITIL service management**, and **Agile methodologies**.
- Technical proficiency in **SQL Server**, **cloud storage**, and **geospatial data management**.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both **technical** and **non-technical** stakeholders.
- A passion for identifying and implementing new solutions to enhance system capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Proven experience in leading technical initiatives within an **Agile team** or **Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)** environment.
