**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your business. In your role you will:

- Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
- Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
- Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
- Coach and mentor your team of up to 20
- Provide stock feedback and manage inventory
